We hope you’ll remember this toll free number. It’s the number to call when you decide that you are serious about doing something about your porn habit or seeking help for your sexual addiction. If you’ve become something you don’t like–it’s time to do something about it by calling this number!
How it works
If you have decided that you are sincerely ready to take whatever steps may be necessary to stop the insanity of porn, sexual compulsions and acting out, make the call!
You should call if:
- You have a desire to change,
- You are ready to stop doing what you have been doing,
- You are ready to listen,
- You are willing to be honest and tell the full extent of your problem,
- You are ready to stop making excuses and take responsibility for your behavior from this point forward,
- You are willing for us to pray for you and your success,
- You are ready to take immediate action.
In addition to a short message be prepared to
- leave your name,
- a return phone number, and
- an e-mail address where you can be reached.
We live in the Central Standard Time zone of the United States. If we cannot call you right away, please suggest some alternate times for us to call back that will work for your time zone. If you do not live in the United States, please be certain to let us know your e-mail address so that we may visit with you via Skype or our online chat room.
What to expect
When the phone rings, you will be connected to an answering machine that pages us at the completion of your call. When we call you back, our goal will be to learn more about you and your situation as well as to explain what the Purity Project of Oklahoma City is all about. We will not try and sell you anything and there is nothing to buy; however, we will expect you to be willing to take small next steps in order to do something about your problem. You will talk with someone who understands what you are going through. If you appear willing to take positive steps, and it seems the right thing to do, we will make arrangements to communicate with you further. Unless you reveal something that would indicate an intention to seriously harm yourself or another, your call will be kept completely confidential.
Why do we do this?
We know what it is like to be held captive to addictions and compulsions beyond our control. We remember the shame and guilt we felt when we could not overcome our sexual compulsions and acting out. By the grace of God, we have been set free. Now we want to help others experience the freedom and joy that comes from being set free. We do all we can to help those who have a sincere desire to be set free.
