Every Man’s Battle: Every Man’s Guide to Winning the War on Sexual Temptation One Victory at a Time by Stephen Arterburn and Fred Stoeker

This is a must read book for anyone who wishes to learn more about sexual addiction and how to do something about it. The writers share from their personal experiences which makes the information all the more pertinent. The book will give you helpful tools to help you combat your lust and lead you to a closer relationship with God and your wife. The book states that the objective is sexual purity. They then go on to define it as: You are sexually pure when no sexual gratification comes from anyone or anything but your wife. The book then goes on to help suggest ways to do this by building perimeters of defense into our lives which include defenses for the eyes, the mind and the heart.
